Delivery areas

We deliver across Greater Cairo and major Egyptian cities. Remote areas may require extra time or a custom shipping quote.

Processing time

Orders are typically prepared within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

InstaPay orders ship after payment verification. Card orders ship after successful authorization.

Fees

Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on your address and order size.

Tracking

You will receive updates by phone, WhatsApp, or email when your order is dispatched. Signed-in customers can view order status in their account.
